New Milford celebrated Make Music Day on June 21, 2025, with a family-friendly performance by the Sherman Chamber Ensemble at TheatreWorksNM. The program included classical pieces, sing-alongs, and two original compositions to support the reading of the children's classics Ferdinand the Bull and Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. The NM Arts Commission helped fund the event.
